A life-long Delawarean, Alex Rumpf brings a unique blend of "on-the-ground" experience and a deep-rooted commitment to the local community to the Scott Farnan Team.
 

Before stepping into his role as the team’s Transaction Coordinator, Alex served as a licensed Realtor on the team. This "front-line" experience proved invaluable; having navigated the complexities of the market firsthand, he understands the agent's perspective and the emotional weight of every milestone in a real estate journey. His transition into transaction management allows him to use his sharp eye for detail to ensure every "i" is dotted and "t" is crossed, providing a seamless experience for every client.
 

When he isn't managing the moving parts of a closing, Alex is likely hitting the trails. A true fan of Delaware’s natural beauty, he can often be found at Lums Pond State Park, enjoying the outdoors that make our state so special.
 

Alex’s passion for helping others extends far beyond the office. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, he is a dedicated volunteer with Child Inc. in their Domestic Violence Advocacy Program. For him, the best part of being a member of the Scott Farnan Team is the shared mission of giving back to the community that raised him. Whether he’s advocating or coordinating, Alex is driven by a simple goal: making a positive impact on the lives of his neighbors.
