My name is Scott Farnan, a life-long Delawarean and full-time real estate agent. In 2018, after more than 12 years as a solo agent I started the Scott Farnan Team. My team and I are dedicated to our clients and have a passion for real estate, including the knowledge of Delaware and its neighboring areas that are required to deliver the results a client wants.
With the experience my team has developed and the indelible backing of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Fox & Roach Realtors®, the Nation's leading REALTOR®, my team and I will guide you through the tough decisions, aim to reduce your levels of stress, and always be there to answer your questions.

Shenneth Canegata, REALTOR®
Shenneth Canegata is a licensed realtor in the state of Delaware.
Shenneth was born on the beautiful Caribbean island of Antigua. She later relocated to
St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands as a child and built a life there for 43 years. After several lengthy stays in Delaware visiting with her children, she realized how much she loved it and decided to make it home.
She has walked many paths in life – from singer/songwriter, graphic designer, homeschooling parent, journalist, to Certified Nutritionist – now turned realtor. She continued pursuing her passions at different levels in different seasons of her life. Through her experiences she developed a strong work ethic, commitment and integrity, and learned the importance of connection.
She brings all of this experience to the table as a realtor and is committed to providing a fun, and stress-free experience from start to finish. Whether you are buying your first home, selling, or investing, Shenneth is committed to serving your needs.
Aside from faith, family, and business she loves to give back to her community. As a veteran and military widow, she understands firsthand the sacrifice of soldiers and their families. When not helping home buyers or sellers, Shenneth loves to travel and is an avid reader and a creative who thrives whether in the studio recording, designing print media or putting paint to canvas. She also offers nutritional counseling and remains focused on health and wellness.
She has a son and daughter, a granddaughter and a fluffy cockapoo grand pup named Onyx.

Emily Ciancio, REALTOR®

Emily Ciancio, is a Certified Meetings Professional and brings her detail oriented meeting planner skills to the Scott Farnan Team after 10 plus years with Nemours.
Emily is a Wilmington native with extensive knowledge of Hockessin and Pike Creek where she has lived with her husband Scott for over 18 years. The two enjoy traveling, theme parks and roller coasters, and during warmer months you can find Emily logging miles on her bike with the the White Clay Bike Club.
Emily has a big personality that's hard not to love. She enjoys solving problems and really getting to know her clients in order to serve them best.
Emily has a Bachelor of Finance degree from Goldey-Beacom College.

Anthony Keating, REALTOR®
Anthony is a Licensed Delaware Realtor who is Five Star-Rated on Google.
Anthony moved to Newark, Delaware in 1995. After graduating from Saint Mark’s High School in 2008, he attended Wilmington University, where he earned his B.S. in Studio Production. Anthony then worked behind-the-scenes for over a decade on several theatrical film projects across the country; some of which include "Bridge of Spies", "The Big Short" and "Knock at the Cabin". Anthony's non-stop hard work soon earned him a place as a Second Assistant Director and member of the Director’s Guild of America at age 27.
Anthony's shift into real estate stemmed from his interest in returning to the state of Delaware, for which he has a fondness. He has been a Delawarean since he was 5-years-old, and his best memories are of growing up, and making friends around the neighborhood of his childhood home in Downtown Newark. Anthony has ties to the local community through his mother, sister, friends and colleagues. The beautiful weather, the friendly suburbs, the delicious restaurants, the tax-free shopping, the drivable distance to New York, D.C., Philadelphia, & Baltimore, and the easy access to the amazing beaches including the shore points of New Jersey and Maryland are only some of what makes Delaware a perfect place to live.

Shawn Smith, REALTOR®
​
Shawn Smith is a Wilmington native. His previous experience is in the medical field for over 30 years and he is also the owner of a wellness company, TACT (Touch Awareness Connection Team).
Shawn’s professional background in the clinical laboratory industry gave him the opportunity to work as a corporate trainer at a leading clinical laboratory and as a phlebotomy instructor at a top area hospital as well as a local trade school. He is a licensed professional in body work for over 25 years and is a board-certified continuing education provider. He is also an engaging motivational speaker who shares information about wellness concepts related to healthy living, self-care, and fitness.
He invests in people and builds lasting relationships. He brings this rapport, dedication, and commitment to the real estate arena and is diligent when assisting clients in buying or selling a home or assisting investors in finding the perfect investment property.
Shawn is an avid runner who has participated in the Senior Olympics as a track and field athlete. He is a supporter of the American Breast Cancer Society, Veteran’s Affairs and Gold Star Families.
Shawn is a widower and has three sons.

Rachel Taylor, REALTOR®

Rachel is a licensed Realtor in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Rachel was born and raised in the Hudson Valley in New York State where she and her
husband raised their family. After her youngest child left for college, Rachel relocated to
Philadelphia and began working in real estate as an administrative/personal assistant,
transaction coordinator, and conveyancer. Her outgoing personality and love of people made
earning her Pennsylvania real estate license an obvious next step, and when she moved to
Delaware, she earned that license immediately as well.
Rachel brings her years of experience serving others in all facets of the hospitality industry, as a
personal trainer and fitness instructor, and working with the public for physicians and lawyers to
the personal connection she has with every client she represents. A New Yorker at her core,
and with a soft spot for Philly in her heart, Rachel professes her love for Delaware to all that will
listen, and nothing makes her happier than serving sellers, buyers, renters and investors in her
adopted state.
The most exciting thing to Rachel about being a realtor is helping her clients write their next

enjoys hiking in all of the amazing State Parks in Delaware, traveling, and is an avid tattoo
enthusiast and concert junkie.
